Happy Halloween!!!

So I would have to say this was the longest Halloween we have ever had. It was so much fun, but after a whole week of trick or treating, we were surely ready to be done. The girls were both the cutest, and in my opinion had the best costumes. We went to a carnival, a few party's, had chili and corn bread with a few good friends, and really enjoyed our trick or treating with our two beautiful girls. I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween as well :).

October first was my Grandpa Stewart's Birthday. It was a surprise and a darn good one. The girls and I at the last minute decided we would head over to Georgia for my Grandpa's surprise party. We hopped on a greyhound bus and drove 12 hours, when we got off the bus Courtlynn got the surprise of her life. My parents were waiting to pick us up. I have never seen a little girls eyes light up so big. She was so happy to finally see someone she knew, and adored. The party turned out so well, so many people came. It was a good turn out and really amazing food! Happy Happy Birthday to my wonderful grandpa. It was so awesome to see my dads brothers and sisters and my parent's. Time went by so fast, before we knew it, it was time to head back to Mississippi. The hardest part was saying our goodbyes, we shed a lot of tears, Courtlynn had the hardest time. The wonderful thing is the memories we made and soon we will see our family again. We drove back to Mississippi on the greyhound bus, and one thing is for sure next time we will fly, LOL.

Courtlynn is still sweet and sassy. Such a little mama, I think sometimes she forgets who really is boss. She is at the age where she thinks she can make all her decisions, I wish she would want to stay my little baby forever. I am afraid she is growing up. A few days ago, she went around telling everyone she is six, I reminded her that she is four and a half, she argued and argued that she is a big girl now and that she is six. She is so funny, if you argue with her, there is no winning. She knows we are heading home really soon, but the time is just not going fast enough for her. Days seem like months to her, and today she would like to see her Grandma's and Grandpa's. She is very home sick, and very often we have to make special phone calls to our family back home in Idaho. She knows Grandpa and Grandma Davis are coming soon to her daddy's graduation. She asked if they were going to park there car in our trunk, that way they can ride home with us when we go home to Idaho to visit. She says Mom my heart wants to be in Idaho for Christmas. How cute is that, and I am so happy to say my little girls wish will come true. She keeps me laughing, sometimes it is so hard to keep a serious face with her, and do the mom thing. She loves to be my helper in all that I do, from washing dishes to scrubbing the floor, dressing Kaydrie, you name it she loves to help. She loves to go make her bed, it may not look all perfect but I love it because she tried. Today if you tell Courtlynn she is little she will say I am not little I am big, but I don't care what she says she will always be my little girl. I am so proud of her.

Kaydrie to me is still my little baby, but people keep telling me she is getting so big. I guess I am in denial. She is in to everything now, luckily she can't figure out how to open my cupboards yet. She scoots forward, backward, rolls every where, and is getting quite good at it. She is still the happiest baby, getting a bit more crabbier, I think it is cause her teeth are trying to come in. Still no teeth, and it makes me so happy. She enjoys her time with daddy, Courtlynn and I, and loves to give us all kisses, which I so much love all the slobbery kisses. She has the cutest personality, such a playful little lady. She is now getting really rough with my blinds, she has torn them down a few times, it is so hard to keep her away from those thing. If I ever need a brake the blinds save the day, hahaha. She has found her voice and loves to jibber jabber, she tells all kinds of story's, not quite sure what she is saying but we love them. Courtlynn and Kaydrie adore each other, not one disagreement yet, I sure do enjoy every minute with my girls. Two sweet little blessings!

Danny graduates in two and a half weeks, so we are getting very excited to get to go home and visit. Packing again, I feel like we are always moving. I am becoming quite the packer. November 30th is my husbands graduation. He will soon be a meteorologist, I think it is pretty neat. The past few months have been hard to leave our family back in Idaho, but it has surely strengthened us as a family. I am so thankful to have such an amazing husband and girls. I am blessed with so many blessing in my life, so very proud of our girls and my husband.
